So Bakhtawar and Sam, you have learned a lot about children’s oil portraits.
“I didn’t know that children’s oil portraits was so popular in the South” – Samantha
“I had a background in art but it was fun to learn about the children’s portrait industry!” – Bakhtawar
You both are marketing majors, how were you able to improve the ART GALLERY ORIGINALS BRAND?
“We were able to clarify the ART GALLERY ORIGINALS message and mission, which is ‘Fine art at affordable prices’” – S
“We took our existing knowledge of the key concepts of branding and applied that to our newly acquired knowledge of children’s oil portraits.” – B
Every business has a culture. How would you describe the ART GALLERY ORIGINALS culture?
“It’s a traditional industry but the way ART GALLERY ORIGINALS goes about it has a very modern twist to it.” – S
“I agree Sam, Hannah has innovated the process where clients can purchase a high quality oil portraits at an affordable price and no one else is doing that right now.” – B
Before you joined the team, ART GALLERY ORIGINALS needed assistance with its digital presence. You all shaped the brand on the social networks. What are the themes that you when posting?
“We want to be relatable and engaging, while representing the true message of ART GALLERY ORIGINALS, which is fine art at affordable prices!” – S
“We try to represent the art in a fun and modern way, tapping into hashtags and national holidays to get that engagement.” – B
What task or project as interns with ART GALLERY ORIGINALS has been the most fun for you?
“Redesigning the instagram page to seem more appealing and attractive to our audience.” – S
“The fun part for me would be the creative digital aspect of it such as taking pictures of the portraits for digital content and of course the blog posts.” – B
Branding gets so much attention in the marketing world. How would you evaluate ART GALLERY ORIGINALS’ brand, “fine quality art at an affordable price?”
“I would evaluate it as sincere and authentic because Hannah is looking out for her clients by providing high quality children’s oil portraits at affordable market prices.” – S
“Especially now with the progress that we are making here at ART GALLERY ORIGINALS, which is following an E-Commerce strategy, I see the brand as digital and modern with all social platforms.” – B
